Dr Aaron Haining
Dr Aaron Haining brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in complex operational environments, where effective leadership and strong team performance are essential. Aaron is a certified organisational coach through the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL) and a Certified Hogan Assessments practitioner. He also holds a Professional Doctorate in Business Administration. His coaching focuses on helping leaders develop practical leadership behaviours that create high-performing teams and enable people to perform at their best.

Dr Suzanne Haining
Dr Suzanne Haining specialises in motivation, employee engagement, and organisational psychology. With more than 15 years of academic and research experience, her work focuses on understanding what drives human motivation at work. Suzanne holds a PhD in motivation and psychologyand designs research-informed leadership education that helps organisations move beyond traditional engagement approaches and instead build environments that support sustained motivation and performance.
