Dr Aaron Haining
Drawing on over 25 years of practical leadership experience in high-pressure settings, Aaron converts complex theory into practical work-based solutions. Throughout his career, Aaron has held numerous high-profile instructional roles and facilitated the development of leaders across all spectrums, from small teams’ leadership to functional and organisational. He is a certified organisational coach with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL), a Certified Hogan Assessor and holds a Professional Doctorate in Business Administration. His in-depth knowledge and experience of leadership and its practical application at all levels, gives him insights which make him an asset to any organisation. Aaron is driven by the ongoing quest to empower others to reach their fullest potential and be the best version of themselves.

Passionate about fostering psychological growth and well-being, she designs impactful coaching interventions, drawing on her wealth of knowledge and expertise in program design, delivery, and evaluation.
